Research credits, made simple
Plus includes 50 credits each month. Use them to learn about a home and see how its price compares with nearby sales.
- Learn about the home — 1 credit. Look up its size, bedrooms and other property details.
- See what similar homes sold for — 3 credits. Search for recent sales near a home or across a neighborhood, city or ZIP code.
- Understand the results — 1 credit. Choose an AI explanation in plain language. It runs only when requested; viewing results does not use an explanation credit.
One home, 4 credits. A search that looks up the home and finds nearby sales uses 4 credits. Request an optional AI explanation for 5 credits total. Your 50 monthly credits cover 10 of these searches with explanations.
Keep reviewing at no extra credit cost
Reopen saved reports, compare saved homes, edit notes and plan repairs without using more credits. Running a new search or requesting another AI explanation uses credits again.

Choose a one-time pack of 20 extra credits for $10 in My account, or wait for your next monthly refill. You approve every purchase—we never buy extra credits for you. Credit purchases are not open yet.
When do my credits reset?
Your monthly allowance resets to 50 when your subscription renews. Unused monthly credits don’t carry over. Purchased credits do carry over and are used after your monthly credits. You need an active Plus subscription to use them.
Check your balance in My account. If you don’t have enough credits, a new search won’t start. Your saved reports and manual tools remain available. Daily and hourly search limits still apply.
What if a search finds nothing?
Credits are used when research starts, even if the search fails or finds no usable information. If missing or invalid details prevent it from starting, no credits are used.
Automated research is currently paused and uses no credits. Listing-photo extraction is disabled; unapproved images cannot appear in reports. Reports show missing information and do not replace a professional appraisal.
